Required Documents

1. Application Form

  • A duly filled and signed application form (available on the official PEF website or in the job advertisement).

2. Educational Certificates

  • Copies of academic degrees, diplomas, or certificates (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or relevant qualifications).
  • Equivalence certificate (if the degree is from a foreign institution).

3. Experience Certificates

  • Verified work experience certificates from previous employers (if applicable).
  • Internship certificates (if required).

4. CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

  • A clear copy of a valid CNIC issued by NADRA.

5. Domicile Certificate

  • Copy of domicile certificate of the applicant’s respective district (if applicable).

6. Recent Passport-Sized Photographs

  • Typically two to four recent passport-size colored photographs.

7. Updated CV/Resume

  • A well-structured curriculum vitae (CV) or resume showcasing education, skills, and experience.

8. No Objection Certificate (NOC) (For Government Employees)

  • If currently employed in a government or semi-government organization, an NOC from the employer is required.

9. Police Character Certificate (If Required)

  • Some positions may require a character certificate from the police department.

10. Disability Certificate (If Applicable)

  • Candidates applying under the disabled quota need to submit a valid disability certificate issued by a recognized authority.
