Eligibility Criteria

1. Associate Professor (BPS-20):

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience at an HEC-recognized university or postgraduate institution, or extensive professional expertise in the relevant field within a reputable national or international organization.
  • Publications:
    • A minimum of 10 research publications, with at least 4 publications in the past 5 years in HEC/PEC recognized journals (W, X, or Y category).
  • Age Limit:
    • Up to 45 years, subject to relaxation as prescribed by the authority.

2. Assistant Professor (TTS/BPS-19):

  • Experience:
    • No prior experience required.
  • Age Limit:
    • Up to 40 years, subject to relaxation as prescribed by the authority.

3. Lecturer (BPS-18):

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • MS/M.Sc/M.Phil degree (awarded after 18 years of education) or a Master’s degree from a foreign university in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institution, with no third division in the academic career.
  • Experience:
    • No prior experience required.
  • Age Limit:
    • Up to 35 years, subject to relaxation as prescribed by the authority.

General Notes:

  • Application Process:
    • Interested candidates should submit their applications along with the required documents as specified in the job advertisement.
  • Experience and Publications:
    • For senior academic positions, relevant teaching/research experience and publications in recognized journals are essential.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • Age limits are subject to relaxation as per university policies and regulations.

Required Documents

Completed Application Form: Applicants must fill out the appropriate application form based on the job scale:

Photographs: A recent passport-sized photograph should be affixed to the application form.

Educational and Experience Certificates: Attested photocopies of all relevant educational degrees, transcripts, and experience certificates must be attached.

CNIC: An attested copy of the Computerized National Identity Card.

Domicile Certificate: A copy of the applicant’s domicile certificate.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee is required:

  • Rs. 1500/- for BPS-17 and above positions.
  • Rs. 500/- for BPS-1 to BPS-16 positions. This fee should be deposited in United Bank Ltd., Account No.
